Haveing a support group is of utmost importance. Many times people tend to find solace and acceptance when there is nobody by their side. Having a support group also makes you more willing to follow the plan you have made for healthy living.
5. Enjoy Small Victories
Having small goals and achieving them will give you a sense of victory which very important if you are planning to stick to your plans. The sense of achievement and victory will encourage you to continue with your plan of healthy eating. Goals can be as small as aiming to minimize the amount of fried food you eat for a week. It is totally achievable and once you have done that then simply celebrate. But do not think of celebration as eating anything you want. If you do that then you will be back to square one. So celebration does not mean more fries but it can just some shopping or maybe a movie.
